Laying a Sub Floor (with a SURPRISE Ending)

he work in our future upstairs lounge room continues. In the previous episode we removed a load of the sand and cement render from the walls and now it’s time to tackle the floor.

The task at hand is to remove the old tiles and rotten floor boards and lay down a new OSB sub floor. The trouble is none of the old joists are straight, level or plumb which makes our job a little more challenging than first expected.
