We made a mistake and used the wrong type of lime on our stone walls. So it’s time to rectify it. It’s time for a classic undo, redo. We’ll also talk a little bit about some of the reading and research that led us to make the decisions we did.
We’ll talk about the difference between hot mixed lime and natural hydraulic lime and why we’re choosing quicklime. And stick around to the end where we’ll do an experiment with slaking our own lime which can be turned into mortars, plasters or natural paints.
