We’ve been busy for some time working away in the house and finally have something to show for it. Join us for the first part in a series of renovation videos as we start the process of laying a new floor in our old Portuguese farm house.
To lay a limecrete floor we first need to dig out to accommodate all the layers. That meant digging out 400mm (over a foot) of earth and clay and moving it bucket by bucket.
Join us for some good old fashioned digging timelapse and an explanation of what a limecrete floor is and why we’re installing one in this old wine making room.
