Our eighty plus year old roof is covered in dirt, grime and some of the rafters have rotten ends. Amid scattered rain showers, we press on with work; cleaning up the old timbers, brushing down the eaves tiles that will eventually be restored and re-pointed, removing the rest of the old chimney stack.

Don’t forget to tune in tomorrow for the next instalment of the daily video series of the big roof replacement project.
