With an abundance of summer veg, we’re always looking for new and interesting ways to cook, preserver and enjoy the food we grow. In this video we make a couple of quick, simple and easy recipes with courgette and carrots (including the green tops).
These are firm favourites of ours that we enjoy having in the fridge from time to time so we thought we’d share them with you. Join us as we make coleslaw from courgettes (zucchini and red cabbage coleslaw) and pesto from carrot tops, walnuts and sunflower seeds.
